The Project:
Provide a Make automation for five practices' final lawsuit settlement amounts to be automatically added and displayed (or occasionally removed) on the public facing website from the practice's existing Monday workspace without IT or marketing involvement. LIVE EXAMPLE PAGE

The Solution:
Add a status column to the existing Monday board with "Live On Website" option to trigger the event. Set up Make scenario to listen to this column.
When status triggers the flow, the item data is gathered and flows through a router. Toggling the status to 'live' follows the publish path; toggling it off triggers the unpublish path.
LIVE PATH
The live path is gated to ensure all required fields exist. Incomplete items revert to off and notify the user. Complete items hit an HTTP Post module that publishes the custom post type. Two final Monday modules add the post's unique ID to the Monday board and notify requestor that the settlement is live.
UNPUBLISH PATH
Just the reverse. A status set to off finds (based on post ID) and deletes the custom post type. Two final Monday modules remove the post ID from the board and notify the user.
The Result:
Settlement amounts across five practice sites now go live or come down within seconds of a Monday status change — no developer ticket, no marketing request, no delay for site visitors waiting on accurate information.
